Septopalooza '08

For those of you checking in, Monica's Septoplasty went aces today. We got to the hospital at about 8 am and were home by 1 pm. Nurses gave her high marks as a patient. She's recovering well and keeping down the pain meds without issue. Post surgery meal: Vernor's and saltines.

The surgery was done in the hospital's children's ward, which was even more bizarre and awesome.

She'll be taking it very easy for a few days and might even feel up to e-mail tomorrow. Maybe. I don't know, she just had surgery.
